What to expect for your upcoming consultation
Thanks for scheduling a consultation with our team! We're excited to hear more about why you are interested in using DynamiCare.
Most of our consultations last about 15 minutes - they are designed to be convenient and work around your schedule.
How to join the call
Most of our consultations happen over the phone, unless you'd rather talk face-to-face via a video call. We'll give you a call at the scheduled time using the number you provided when you scheduled the consultation. If you'd like us to contact you at a different number, just let us know ahead of time!
Who will be on the call
Consultations are one-on-one - you'll be meeting with one of our experienced recovery coaches. We understand that it can be difficult to talk about personal issues like addiction - rest assured that everything said during consultations is confidential.
What we'll talk about
- We'll spend most of the time discussing your goals for using DynamiCare, or your goals for the person you are signing up.
- We'll tell you more about DynamiCare's recovery coaching model and if it is a good fit for you.
- We'll talk through DynamiCare's pricing and what you recieve for the money. We can also talk about whether DynamiCare might be covered by your health insurance plan.
- If you'd like to move forward on the call, we can complete the signup and payment process over the phone. If not, no problem! We're always happy to send you follow up information if you request it, or talk again if it helps with your decision to sign up.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule our call. That's fine, but we appreciate if you can let us know ahead of time. Open the email confirmation you were sent to find easy-to-use links that allow you cancel or reschedule. You can also reach out to us directly.
